Dr. Cappitta is an experienced Chief Executive Officer involved in the Higher Education industry for the past 20 years. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Operations Management, and Financial Management, he is a Certified Public Accountant by profession with an International MBA in General Management and also the holder of a Doctorate of Business Administration specialising in Social Entrepreneurship. His other business and directorship involvements include Financial Services, Shipping and Tuna Farming.

Martin Borg, is the Director of Quality Assurance at eie Institute of Education. In 2017, he was the Chief Executive Officer at the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA, Malta’s regulator). Martin has occupied several directorship positions at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology, and the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS). He was at the forefront of work-based learning and apprenticeship in Malta with the implementation of the apprenticeship and work-based learning act, increasing the active engagement of local industry partnerships, and the facilitation of over 4,000 students in the world of work, whilst setting the required governance and operational structures. On the international front, Martin has occupied the position of UNESCO-UNEVOC co-ordinator for Malta, European Alliances for Apprenticeships, National Co-ordinator for Bench learning, Board Member of the European Training Foundation and presided over events and seminars during Malta’s presidency of the European Union in 2017. Moreover, Martin has designed and implemented several EU funded projects since 2002. Martin is the Founder and CEO of Edu Alliance, a Maltese based education and training consulting firm that seeks to create solutions for quality learning. Edu Alliance is a trusted partner of the eie Institute of Education.

Mr. Sushil Kumar Bharti has been responsible for planning, directing and controlling financial, human resources and administrative functions for the company from over 18 years. This includes preparing the budget; conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports; developing and implementing an effective system of accounting; managing the payroll system and maintaining accurate and current bylaw records.
